- Reverse engineer or misuse the platform beyond permitted use

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, obtaining any required consents, and complying with all applicable telecommunications, privacy, and consumer-protection laws.
4. Fees and Billing
If services are purchased, fees, included usage, overages, and payment terms will be defined in your service order or proposal. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service.
5. Intellectual Property
Garda and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in our platform, software, branding, and related materials. No ownership rights are transferred to you except for limited use rights expressly granted under these Terms.

Each party agrees to protect confidential information disclosed by the other party and use it only for permitted business purposes.
7. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garda LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garda LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
